Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Engineering in the design and documentation of Electrical Schematics, PI&Ds, and panel layouts on projects.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining procedures related to the enforcement of CAD and standards.
  • Assist in analyzing and producing productivity enhancements and customizations (automated quality checks).
  • Provide technical expertise for the transfer of CAD data to our Production CNC machine.
  • Assist in training internal users on corporate CAD standards, new software, and upgrades as well as best practices.
  • Provide production and technical CAD support for all CAD software.
  • Hold regular CAD meetings to disseminate new information to the CAD Group.
  • Schedule CAD Designer resources to appropriate jobs.

Requirements:

  • Two-year degree in CAD Technology.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience using AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Experience with UL508A Control Panel design is essential.
  • Servant-leadership attitude is preferred.

Working Environment:

Standard office environment: frequent use of personal computer, facsimile, and copy machines, along with other office equipment.

Physical Demands:

  • Seeing, color perception, hearing, listening, clear speech, dexterity in hands, driving ability to travel distances for meetings and projects to meet deadlines.

Language: en-US
