Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited College with a relevant Degree Program.
  • Active license in good standing in the Washington State (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psych RN).
  • At least three (3) years of mental health experience within the past five (5) years involving direct patient care presenting a mental health diagnosis.
