About the Role

As a Therapy Expert, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and coordinating all aspects of diagnostic assessment, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current, valid license to practice in the specialty of psychology.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
