We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Washington Care Services in Seattle, WA. As a rehabilitation expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and improving the lives of our clients.

About the Role:

This is a 13-week contract position, offering 32 hours of work per week, with a guaranteed salary of $1650.78 per week. The ideal candidate will have experience working in skilled nursing facilities and be open to new graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prescreen forms are completed and attached to submissions
  • Attach resumes and license verification documents to submissions
  • Conduct COVID-19 tests 72 hours prior to the start date and provide results 48 hours before the start date
  • Complete credentialing checklists, including state license verification, resume, three references, county criminal checks, federal criminal checks, multi-state criminal searches, nationwide sex offender searches, HHS/OIG searches, GSA searches, social security number traces, 2-step PPD or Quantiferon tests, SAM searches, and Washington State background checks with fingerprints
