Job Overview

This is a rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse, providing high-quality patient care and support to those in need. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver compassionate and effective care.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • IV Certified or obtained within 6 months highly preferred
  • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
