This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in MICU, SICU, IMCU, or similar settings, focusing on caring for complex patient populations, excluding CV and Neuro.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 per annum

Job Description:
This key role involves delivering high-quality care to patients with diverse medical needs, utilizing advanced critical care skills such as chest tube management, CPAP/BiPap RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation, and administration of various medications like Amiodarone, Antiarrhythmics, Antipsycholics, Antiseizure, Atropine, Beta Blockers, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Epinephrine Heparin, Hydralazine, Insulin, Ketamine, Lasix, Levophed, Magnesium Sulfate, Milrinone, Neosynephrine, Nicardipine, Ntroglycerin, Nitroprusside, Norepinephrine, TPA, Vasopressin. Effective communication and collaboration are essential skills for this position, as well as experience working in fast-paced environments. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability and flexibility when working with different patient populations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in advanced critical care settings (MICU, SICU, IMCU)
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality care to complex patient populations, excluding CV and Neuro
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
