As a Market Development Manager for Laboratory Chemicals at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on market development opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Determine market development opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans to capture them
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify key industry, customer, and competitor trends and activities
* Collaborate with product management, technical scientists, and other cross-functional positions to ensure flawless execution of marketing programs
* Drive customer engagement through targeted marketing initiatives
* Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize performance

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing in the scientific industry
* Demonstrated history of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
