Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chemical Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our production team and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of production personnel to achieve high-quality production and efficient operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Coordinate daily operations and drive production efficiencies
  • Improve capabilities of Dymax production and quality assurance
  • Establish and manage extraordinary standards of customer service and reputation
Requirements
  • BS in Chemical Engineering or equivalent background in chemistry; MBA preferred
  • Thorough knowledge and experience working with ERPs; JD Edwards Enterprise - 1 preferred
  • 5+ years of managing and leading teams in a manufacturing environment
  • 8+ years of experience in a chemical production management role
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practice in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and Six Sigma

Salary Range: $102,000- $153,000

Our company takes the compensation of its employees very seriously and considers several factors when determining the total compensation package including but not limited to location, market range, skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities. The base salary range represents the low and high end of our company's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range. The range listed is just one component of our company's total compensation packages for employees.
