Job Title: Wine Sales Lead

Fort Brewery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wine Sales Lead to join our team. As a Wine Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and developing a deep understanding of our wine offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including wine distributors, retailers, and restaurants
  • Conduct wine tastings and training sessions for customers and staff
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our wine offerings
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in wine sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of wine, including wine regions, grape varieties, and wine production methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
