Front Desk Bike Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Bike Handler. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling bike rentals, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients
- Keep the front desk clean, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials and supplies
- Handle bike rentals, including checking in and out bikes, and ensuring proper equipment is available
- Upsell services to customers while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Work collaboratively with the tour guides to ensure a successful tour check-in process
- Maintain product knowledge for our locations and services
- Adhere to brand standards for appearance, atmosphere, and culture

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Experience in customer service, operations, or tourism is a plus
- Proficient in English (oral and written), multilingual is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Able to prioritize and multitask, initiating tasks and performing duties without direction
- Equipped with a positive, can-do attitude
Locations may vary from time to time for events. Paid overtime may be required during peak periods. Please include in your resume any relevant experience you have with bike riding, bike handling, or retail sales.
Part-time employees must have at least 3 days of availability week over week, totaling 25 hours, with at least one of those days being a Saturday or Sunday. Additionally, all employees are expected to be available to work peak shifts during our busier season (March-November). Additional working hours will be available beyond part-time for those interested.
