Front Desk Supervisor Role

Voa-Gny is seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to coordinate the operation of our program during assigned shifts. As a key member of our team, you will supervise front desk staff activities, ensure proper documentation, and provide emergency assistance to residents as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff to ensure adherence to policy and procedures
  • Ensure accurate documentation of front desk activities
  • Provide emergency assistance to residents and supervise incident management
  • Monitor building safety and conduct rounds as assigned
  • Perform related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED plus one year of relevant experience in a social services setting
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge
  • Certifications in security, CPR/First Aid, and Fire Safety (F-80) required
