**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Operations Manager to join our team at Quality Vision International in Rochester, New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in dispatch or coordination, preferably in a service-oriented or customer-focused industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate service requests, dispatch field service personnel, and schedule representative/customer training sessions.
  • Provide accurate quotes for customers related to onsite service visits and any associated costs.
  • Distribute FST schedules within 5 business days of the scheduled start week.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics, dispatch coordination, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in dispatch or coordination, ideally within a service-oriented or customer-focused industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

The estimated salary for this position is **$45,760 - $56,040** per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming the base hourly rate of $22-$27. This estimate does not include overtime pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation.
