Job Description:

At W3Global Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Field Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our service station facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of service stations to identify maintenance needs and implement necessary repairs to prevent equipment failures.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on fuel dispensers, pumps, underground storage tanks, POS consoles, and other equipment as needed.
  • Execute preventative maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, equipment lubrication, and system calibration to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations, providing timely solutions to maintain business continuity.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service histories to inform future maintenance decisions.
  • Collaborate with station managers and maintenance teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and coordinate repair schedules, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, protocols, and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels of spare parts and supplies needed for maintenance activities, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Provide training and guidance to station staff on proper equipment operation, promoting a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in distributed services, including candidates with experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, or cable servicing.
  • Prior experience in petroleum services is highly desirable, with OSHA certification also being advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required, with technical certification or vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
