Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Genius Talent. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents for meetings and communications.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, documentation, and files, including complex or sensitive materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed, ensuring seamless office operations.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with computer-based accounting software and office management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service experience with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy office environment.
  • 2-3 years of general office experience (experience in a service-related industry is a plus).
  • Associate's Degree in Business or a related field preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
