Nurse Specialist for Mental Health

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Nurse to join our mental health team at Mass General Brigham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least 2 years of experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
