Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical services to youth, adults, and families, including assessment, case management, service planning, and individual and family counseling.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the complex needs of clients, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with local providers and attend community meetings to promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in a clinical mental health discipline and at least one year of clinical experience working with at-risk youth and families. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, as well as basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office. CANS certification is also required.
