Salary and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes an estimated annual salary of $95,000 to $120,000 based on experience, as well as medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in our Psychiatric unit, you will be responsible for providing nursing care interventions to patients with psychiatric illnesses. You will assess patients' needs, plan and implement nursing interventions, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide leadership in organizing patient care.

You will also teach patients and significant others about their care and maintain a commitment to professional growth and competency. Effective interpersonal communication is essential in this role, as you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, preferably a BSN. No experience is required, but one year of medical or psychiatric experience is preferred. You must also be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and possess basic computer skills.
