General Manager of Hospitality Services

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our hospitality team at Corso Atlanta. As a key member of our senior living community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing hospitality team to ensure exceptional resident satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall resident experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of community events, programs, and services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners to foster a positive and supportive environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in hospitality services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in senior living or hospitality management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
