Business Development Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account Manager at Irish Titan. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring strategic alignment on business goals.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including preparing pitch decks and proposals for recurring retainers and projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with client needs and foster a cohesive approach that drives success.
- Lead teams by guiding and mentoring team members, celebrating successes, and bringing solutions to the table.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a digital agency.
- 2+ years of experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $150k-$1M+.
- 2+ years of experience managing 3rd party vendors.
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of the ecommerce market.
- Proven capabilities to work within a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to timely and effective communication, and multi-tasking proficiency.
