Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Capital One. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and building new business opportunities in your assigned territory. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Identify and build new business opportunities in your assigned territory

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at small and mid-sized businesses
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to teach prospective customers how to leverage payment solutions to positively impact their business

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
