Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Project Coordinator to oversee various construction initiatives within our organization.

We are a reputable company specializing in both commercial and residential construction projects.

Compensation:
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from initial planning to final execution.
2. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and engineers to establish project specifications and develop comprehensive project plans.
3. Prepare and oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and scheduling constraints.
4. Direct and coordinate the activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality benchmarks.
5. Conduct regular site evaluations and meetings to assess project progress and address any emerging challenges.
6. Generate periodic project reports and updates for stakeholders.
7. Ensure adherence to all applicable safety and building regulations.
8. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction or residential building sector.
2. Proven track record in managing new construction projects and commercial or residential developments.
3. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
4. Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet stringent deadlines.
5. Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on relationship building.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
9. Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
10. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
