Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects, as well as ensuring the safety and quality of our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality work and timely completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with project engineers to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to labor disputes, material delivery, and contract administration.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • Previous experience in project management or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
