Job Title: Real Estate Investment Loan Specialist

Job Summary:

LendingOne is a direct private lender for real estate professionals seeking to expand their business ventures. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Investment Loan Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising clients on our financial products and services, analyzing business ventures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a consultant to clients, educating them on our financial products and services, collecting and analyzing their assets and investments, and advising them on the advantages and disadvantages of our financial products.
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to promote and sell our financial products and services.
  • Guide clients through the investment process, including counseling them on how to become qualified to do business with us.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with our clients, offering excellent service, and securing repeat business.
  • Screen potential business deals to protect our assets and the assets of our capital investors by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements/potential, and financials.
  • Develop long-term relationships with new customers by examining risks and potential in recommended deals, and by estimating customers' needs and goals.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers' needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders in reference to progress, timelines, and stipulations.
  • Ensure proper collection of required documents and closing schedules.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with our operations team during the closing process.
  • Closing new business by contacting potential partners in a lead-generated environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional consultative sales experience, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Experienced in a fast-paced inbound and outbound environment.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and persistence.
  • Prior real estate and/or lending services experience is helpful, but not necessary.
  • Strong computer skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Experience building client relationships by phone.
  • Attention to detail coupled with high demands.
  • Ability to work in an office on a full-time schedule, with some flexibility with work hours in order to respond to company clients/customers.
