About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join our team at Lakeview Loan Servicing. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring residential properties that meet our investment criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including home-owners looking to sell, to determine their needs and provide optimal transaction solutions.
  • Property Evaluation: Conduct site visits and evaluate properties to determine their market value, identify potential issues, and make informed investment decisions.
  • Lead Management: Manage all incoming leads, including setting up appointments to evaluate properties and negotiating deals.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our title, legal, construction, and property management partners to ensure successful transactions.
Requirements
  • Deep Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential real estate acquisitions, investments, and sales.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business judgment and ability to make informed investment decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Real Estate License: Real estate license preferred but not required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study.
  • Experience: 6-10 years of prior experience in residential real estate acquisitions, investments, or sales.
Work Environment

This is a full-time opportunity that requires occasional travel to conferences and company meetings. The incumbent will be required to drive to various properties and conduct site visits. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
