Key Responsibilities- Administer medications, injections, and vaccines as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform electrocardiograms (EKG) and screening tests to monitor patient health.
- Collect and test specimens, documenting results and taking appropriate action when necessary.
- Assist providers with surgical procedures, including patient positioning and wound care.
- Prepare patient paperwork and vital signs, reporting abnormal results to providers.
- Maintain equipment and instruments, ensuring proper functioning and sterility.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- BLS/CPR certification as a healthcare provider.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Practice Nursing School diploma.
- 1+ years of outpatient experience (preferred).
