As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Shared Services Orthopedic department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with top clinical, technical, and business professionals.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient care and a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed medications and perform various healthcare services under the direction of registered nurses and doctors.
  • Monitor and chart patients, collect samples, and perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Assist providers with surgical procedures, including positioning patients, maintaining a sterile field, and wound cleaning and dressing.
  • Prepare paperwork to complete patient visits and obtain and document patient vital signs as needed.
  • Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and check equipment to ensure proper working order.
  • Maintain medication storage closets and participate in orienting new team members.

Credentials:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
  • BLS/CPR certification as a healthcare provider
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Practice Nursing School diploma
