We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient care and a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and perform various healthcare services under the direction of registered nurses and doctors.
- Monitor and chart patients, collect samples, and perform other tasks as assigned.
- Assist providers with surgical procedures, including positioning patients, maintaining a sterile field, and wound cleaning and dressing.
- Prepare paperwork to complete patient visits and obtain and document patient vital signs as needed.
- Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and check equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Maintain medication storage closets and participate in orienting new team members.
Credentials:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
- BLS/CPR certification as a healthcare provider
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Practice Nursing School diploma
