The role involves the assembly, disassembly, quality assessment, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic-mechanical systems within a customer-focused environment.

  • Capability to solder at the component level.
  • Experience in utilizing various electronic measuring instruments (e.g., Oscilloscope, digital multimeters, signal analyzers).
  • Accurate documentation and annotation of repair activities.
  • Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are required.
  • Execute tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Basic computer literacy is required.
  • Ability to interpret complex assembly drawings, schematics, and testing protocols.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and repairs of electronic-mechanical equipment in a dynamic customer service setting.
  • Proficient in drilling, tapping, and screw removal.
  • Familiarity with calipers and other measuring tools for verifying component dimensions.
  • General knowledge of basic hand and power tool operations.
  • Experience in constructing and troubleshooting wiring harnesses.
  • Working knowledge of fundamental clutch and bearing systems.
  • In-depth understanding of motors and their internal components.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent military experience in an electrical discipline is required.
  • At least 2 years of verifiable experience as an Electrical/Mechanical Technician is necessary.

Additional Requirements

  • Background checks and drug screenings are mandatory post-offer.

Work Environment

  • Standard working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Flexibility to work overtime is expected.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds periodically and spend extended periods standing, sitting, or walking.
