Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing recruitment processes, managing ATS operations, and providing actionable insights through detailed reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing ATS operations, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Developing and maintaining regular recruitment metrics and dashboards.
  • Providing data-driven recommendations to improve hiring strategies and align them with business goals.
  • Assisting in the development and documentation of recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, analyst, administrative or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably SmartRecruiters, and advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
