We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys working across multiple HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee engagement.

Job Summary

The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Director by managing both hiring and general HR responsibilities. The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment efforts, facilitate onboarding, and ensure a seamless hiring process while contributing to broader HR initiatives like employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in creating, updating, and managing job postings and requisitions in Paycom, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  2. Generate and extend offer letters, conduct background checks, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
  3. Source and screen potential candidates on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn; coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  4. Partner with department heads to develop job descriptions that align with role requirements and company values.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.
  6. Support the HR Director in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  7. Assist with employee relations, including addressing routine inquiries and escalating more complex matters as needed.
  8. Contribute to benefits administration by answering employee questions and coordinating with benefits providers.
  9. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  10. Help organize and facilitate training sessions, team-building activities, and HR-related initiatives.
  11. Monitor time-off requests, performance review schedules, and other administrative HR functions.
