Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the clinical staff, including appointment scheduling, intake, and record-keeping.
  • Patient Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients and the clinical staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficiency.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect copays, payments on accounts, and accurately post to patient accounts.
  • Outbound Outreach: Make outbound calls to patients and families to improve population health and ensure timely vaccinations and appointments.
  • General Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks, as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of professional experience, with healthcare experience preferred.
  • Customer Service: Proven customer service experience, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Fundamental knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and electronic medical records (Athena).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
