****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES****

As a Receptionist, you will:

  • Demonstrate empathy and leave a lasting positive impression on clients.
  • Gather essential information from clients to direct calls appropriately.
  • Verify data accuracy to streamline processes.
  • Maintain focus on various tasks while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Handle phone calls, compose emails, and greet visitors, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit a collaborative spirit and a willingness to assist colleagues, as our agency's success relies on teamwork.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Independence in identifying and resolving issues.

  • Basic office skills, including typing and filing.
