In the role of Service Coordinator, you will serve as the primary communication link among our clients, field service personnel, and various operational teams.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Service Request Management: Effectively schedule and assign service calls to field personnel.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the key contact for field teams, clients, and management.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve issues swiftly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule Monitoring: Keep a close eye on schedules and make real-time adjustments to improve operational efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise records of service requests, schedules, and any incidents.
  • Emergency Coordination: Organize emergency response efforts when required.
  • Resource Management: Ensure effective allocation of resources to meet operational needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordinating role. Experience in a call center is highly desirable.
  • Background in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-oriented industries is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer service.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and call center software. Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
