Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff, contributing to a welcoming, supportive, and enjoyable atmosphere.

Maintain a tidy, well-stocked, and organized office environment that is inviting for both employees and clients. This involves ensuring workspaces are not only comfortable but also professional and orderly.

Oversee the ordering, tracking, and management of snacks and supplies with meticulous attention to detail; collaborate with both local and remote management to keep expenses and inventory within budget.

Handle incoming mail and shipments efficiently.

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including welcoming and communicating with candidates.

Demonstrate the ability to remain composed, deliver consistent exceptional customer service, and effectively resolve issues in challenging circumstances.

Manage the flow of individuals entering and exiting the premises, while directing appointments to their designated representatives.

Serve as a culture ambassador by upholding company values, staying engaged, and going the extra mile with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Flexible availability; willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

Reliable and punctual.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Professional demeanor.

A positive attitude; we seek someone who brings enthusiasm to the team and workplace.

Willingness to undertake a variety of tasks; this role is inherently diverse, and we are looking for someone eager to embrace different responsibilities.
