Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive long-term profitable growth
Develop and maintain relationships with regional and national strategic customers
Identify and prioritize high-impact customers and projects
Evaluate various lead generation methods and set targets for strategic relationships and lead sources
Develop and implement a system for account management and tracking customer satisfaction

Requirements:

4-year college degree required
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a distributed service business
Practical experience generating process documentation and KPI reporting
Acceptable driving record and auto insurance
Construction and commercial experience preferred
