Job Overview

At Harvest Technical Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Transmission & Distribution Global Practice, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects within the region, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of project engineers and specialists to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Contract Management: Develop and manage contracts, including scope, budget, and schedule, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring the interests of all stakeholders are protected.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field from an accredited curriculum.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of project engineering or field engineering experience, with at least two years of related project management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government, and public contacts.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Travel: Ability to travel, with a valid driver's license required.

Compensation: $75.00 to $90.00 per hour, depending on experience.
