Moms In Motion is seeking a Division Trainer within our Talent Development Department to inspire and equip our Team Members for success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate virtual classroom and transition training sessions.
  • Deliver onboarding programs to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Be accessible for inquiries throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with department managers to create effective learning pathways for new hires.
  • Conduct virtual field training sessions for new Service Facilitators and those transitioning into this role.
  • Lead introductory training on various topics under the guidance of the department manager.
  • Implement innovative training methods, utilizing research and insights to develop skills in leadership, communication, performance, and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing training updates as systems evolve.

Professional Duties:

  • Generate weekly reports on Key Performance Indicators related to training.
  • Maintain daily documentation on new hires to monitor their progress and success.
  • Handle personal information and client records with care and confidentiality.
  • Respond to all communications within one business day.
  • Stay current with training methodologies through continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in training, coaching, and professional development.
  • Ability to quickly grasp business practices, policies, and procedures.
  • A dedicated home workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
  • Enthusiasm and energy in training delivery.
  • Skilled in employing diverse teaching techniques to engage adult learners.
  • Proficient in researching, designing, and executing effective corporate training programs.
  • Broad knowledge of training and development tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Adobe; experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Collaborate with management to define training objectives through needs assessments.
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Education, Health, or Human Services, along with 2 years of experience assisting individuals with disabilities, or a Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
