Experience Required:

Proven understanding of gas operations and compliance with regulatory standards.
Experience with state and federal regulations and effective communication with regulatory bodies.
Knowledge of engineering, construction, and maintenance standards related to gas operations.
Demonstrated capability in managing deliverables and executing strategic objectives.
Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise team members, including conducting performance evaluations and approving time.
- Assign inspections to inspectors based on territory.
- Review audit findings to identify safety and quality gaps.
- Implement and manage appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitor trends and provide recommendations for sustainability.
- Lead the design efforts for gas distribution systems.
- Effectively communicate and present information across all organizational levels.
