Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at CCMC. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves providing administrative support to the site management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional service to our residents.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests, answer phones, and direct calls effectively
  • Manage messages, operate office equipment, and maintain accurate records
  • Draft and proofread association documents, including maintenance work orders
  • Coordinate resident-hosted events, update the association's website and calendar, and receive, prepare, and deliver mail and packages
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, with knowledge of homeowner association operations an asset
  • Excellent telephone manner, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • A dynamic, professional individual with a strong sense of organization and attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
