Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Proactive Health.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the setup of patients' Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices, providing excellent customer service, and promoting proactive health through dress and behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain professional and friendly demeanor with each patient interaction
  • Have excellent knowledge of how to assist patients (will be trained on this)
  • Build rapport with patients during daily phone calls and remember personal information to use in relationship building
  • Spend sufficient time with patients to ensure they are comfortable with their technology and know how to reach out with questions
  • Deliver important information to other team members or medical professionals
  • Answer patient concerns and questions patiently and professionally
  • Help the team meet the goal of being proactive in health through open communication and providing suggestions
  • Ensure patients are set up with the correct hardware to monitor pertinent content
  • Arrive to work on time and prepare for appointments
  • Have proficient knowledge of simple work software
  • Display a positive and professional image
  • Engage in self-improvement activities each day

Requirements:

  • Experience working with seniors in a care setting required
  • Active CNA or MA certification required
  • Age over 18 years
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to speak, write, and read English
  • Ability to operate computer and necessary software programs
  • Ability to be professional at all times with patients, team members, and others
  • Fluency in Spanish qualifies employee for increased starting pay
