We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Proactive Health.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the setup of patients' Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices, providing excellent customer service, and promoting proactive health through dress and behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional and friendly demeanor with each patient interaction
- Have excellent knowledge of how to assist patients (will be trained on this)
- Build rapport with patients during daily phone calls and remember personal information to use in relationship building
- Spend sufficient time with patients to ensure they are comfortable with their technology and know how to reach out with questions
- Deliver important information to other team members or medical professionals
- Answer patient concerns and questions patiently and professionally
- Help the team meet the goal of being proactive in health through open communication and providing suggestions
- Ensure patients are set up with the correct hardware to monitor pertinent content
- Arrive to work on time and prepare for appointments
- Have proficient knowledge of simple work software
- Display a positive and professional image
- Engage in self-improvement activities each day
Requirements:
- Experience working with seniors in a care setting required
- Active CNA or MA certification required
- Age over 18 years
- Excellent communication skills including ability to speak, write, and read English
- Ability to operate computer and necessary software programs
- Ability to be professional at all times with patients, team members, and others
- Fluency in Spanish qualifies employee for increased starting pay
