We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Serenity Healthcare, LLC. As a representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients through inbound calls and emails, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and coordinating with clinics for patient care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide information on our treatment options
  • Collaborate with clinics to ensure seamless patient care
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
  • Educate patients about TMS and Ketamine treatment options
  • Develop and implement solutions to patient concerns and issues

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic math skills
  • Well-versed in de-escalation techniques and ability to connect with individuals
  • Passionate about making a difference in people's lives

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision) and 401K, 20 days off annually, and access to corporate onsite gym, game room, and other amenities.
