About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Sharetown Rep Liaison to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting and training representatives, building relationships, and monitoring performance.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with reps to understand their needs, provide guidance and support, and help them succeed in their roles.

The estimated salary for this position is $24/hourly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Representative Support: Provide ongoing support and training to reps, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with reps, fostering trust and respect.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly check in with reps to ensure they are meeting expectations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Optimization: Work closely with reps to optimize sales and improve inventory flow.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
