About the Role

In this critical position, you will be responsible for registering patients by collecting information accurately and efficiently using various software systems. You will work closely with patients, physicians, and nurses to gather details, answer questions, and provide personalized support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  1. Register patients by collecting and verifying demographic, insurance, and financial information.
  2. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and nurses to ensure accurate data collection.

  4. Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve issues and improve patient flow.
