Territory Business Development Manager

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through various communication channels
- Effectively manage all sales activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Identify new business opportunities for sales growth and expansion
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to remain competitive
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Meet targets for profitable sales growth and revenue increase
- Build professional relationships with key accounts and clients
- Attend industry events and trade shows to stay informed and network
- Adhere to company procedures and work instructions diligently
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar industry
- Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing or capital equipment sales
- Technical understanding of represented product lines and services
- Ability to estimate projects and negotiate pricing effectively
- Experience in B2B sales and new account development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and well-organized with a strong work ethic
Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader/Acrobat, and Outlook
Preferred, but not required:
- Epicor Software, Salesforce/CRM systems, Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft SharePoint
