The role will involve learning our proprietary process for servicing existing clients, while developing relationships to acquire new business through referrals and leads. You will also lead a small team in performing these tasks, becoming an expert in training and developing your team members, and eventually moving into the Agency Director role as you master our systems and process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop relationships to add new clients.
  • Research new business opportunities through business-to-business (B2B) channels.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM system.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, driving team growth and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community and contribute to its growth.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States.
  • Clean background and reliable transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
