Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at RadNet. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business strategy and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement HR Strategies: Develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide HR Support: Offer guidance and support to HR Generalists, management, and other staff on complex and sensitive HR matters.
  • Administer HR Programs: Implement and execute routine HR tasks, including providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and handling terminations.
  • Promote Organizational Culture: Foster a culture of quality, teamwork, and collaboration, ensuring that all employees are aligned with the organization's values and mission.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, demands, and other issues, ensuring that all parties are treated fairly and respectfully.
  • Plan and Monitor HR Activities: Schedule management conferences, hear and resolve employee grievances, and provide training to managers on effective performance management.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with internal customers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration throughout the organization.
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor and implement applicable HR federal, state, and local requirements, ensuring that RadNet remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, with previous management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of state and federal employment laws, including EEO, ADA/FEHA, FLSA, and FMLA.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present ideas in varied business situations, and adept problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
