In this role, you'll report to our Senior Team Manager, Customer Success.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the front line, bringing our platform and data to life for our clients. You'll drive user engagement, adoption of our platform, and help identify growth opportunities by addressing the client's pain points.
Your daily responsibilities may include:
* Leading, managing, and expanding long-term customer relationships, focusing on understanding the client's KPIs to drive positive business outcomes.
* Acting as a trusted partner and advisor to customers, providing actionable insights that help clients achieve their business goals using our cutting-edge data.
* Identifying and mitigating churn risks, implementing proactive measures to retain customers and enhance their experience.
* Ensuring our users are engaged with the platform and understand the value it brings them towards achieving their goals.
This role is perfect for someone with:
* A solid understanding of the digital marketing space and trends.
* Client-facing experience.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust (both internally and with clients).
* An analytical and consulting mindset, with the ability to turn data into a story.
* Experience producing high-quality decks and client-facing materials.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and business partners.
We're looking for someone with 2-3 years' experience as an analyst/consultant/digital marketing (SEO, PPC, media planning).
