**Job Summary:

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized Office Operations Coordinator to support our office team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Duties:

  1. Manage data entry tasks, including drafting documents and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Count and input data from construction drawings using specialized software.
  3. Handle incoming calls, directing them to the relevant team members when necessary.
  4. Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for office documents.
  5. Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations, as needed.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless office operations.

**Requirements:**

  • No prior experience in the industry is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
