Program Coordinator

Join the Alzheimer's Association team as a Program Coordinator and play a critical role in implementing our program delivery and growth strategy to reach more people with volunteer-delivered programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a data-informed community impact plan to expand reach in assigned markets.
  • Conduct community assessments through Community Forums and recruit, train, and lead volunteers to deliver and grow programs.
  • Maintain a portfolio of community partners and expand collaborative agreements with current partners.
  • Create urgency for our cause by promoting a full-mission value proposition to support Alzheimer's Association campaigns.
  • Model and foster behaviors that contribute to a culture that values the staff/volunteer/community partnership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of experience in program delivery or volunteer management.
  • Experience in community health and community mobilization a plus.
