About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Midway Dental Supply, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with dental offices within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental office staff, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value to dental offices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or dental industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
