Position Overview: We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused individual ready to take the next step in their career by building and leading a new branch location. As a Logistics Growth Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and expand our carrier network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and carriers to ensure seamless logistics operations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
